<div style="text-align: justify;"><font size="2"><strong>The organisation was started by a group of youths residing in Mandawa. The genesis of the organisation can be traced to the idea that some arrangement should be made for the educated unemployed of the area. The youths especially wanted to be involved in social works like that health and education for the children and women of the area. The leader of the group Rajan Choudhary took initiative by formally registering the organisation and starting out by managing ITI institute. Gradually over the years, the organisation crystallized its mission and objective and restricted its intervention to health, education and working with PRI. The name <span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0);">SRKPS- Shikshit Rojgar Kendra Prabandhak Samiti</span>, itself justifies its significance as it was started with an objective to give employment opportunities to the unemployed youths. Later on when the mission and objective was conceptualized and the organization moved itself in to the mainstream of Rural Development. <br/>

</strong></font><font size="2"><strong> SRKPS was registered in the year 1987 under state society registration act, 1958 (Rajasthan). It has also got FCRA registration, to take the foreign grants without any hassle. <br/>
